Ajman Chamber Unveils Plan to Integrate Agentic AI to Overhaul Business Services

The Ajman Chamber of Commerce is moving to integrate artificial intelligence across its operations, aiming to boost the efficiency and quality of services for the emirate’s business community. The initiative was detailed at the “Artificial Intelligence and Its Role in Service Development – Agentic AI” Forum, which supports the broader goals of the Ajman Government’s AI Program and Ajman Vision 2030.

A Strategic Push into Agentic AI

The forum, attended by the Chamber’s leadership including General Manager H.E. Salem Al-Suwaidi, outlined a clear strategy for using AI to improve institutional performance. The focus is specifically on “AI Agents,” a form of AI designed to automate services, monitor performance, and analyze data to streamline workflows.

“The forum aligns with Ajman Chamber’s vision and strategic objectives to leverage artificial intelligence as an enabler of human potential and a catalyst for enhancing capabilities,” explained H.E. Salem Al-Suwaidi.

He emphasized that the goal is to create “smarter, more innovative, efficient, and agile services” that meet the needs of Ajman’s business community, ultimately strengthening the emirate’s economic competitiveness and growth.

Pinpointing Opportunities for AI Integration

During interactive sessions moderated by Faisal Ismail Al Khouri, Director of the Strategy and Future Department, the Chamber’s departments worked to identify practical applications for the technology. Al Khouri explained how AI agents can automate tasks, analyze data, and streamline workflows to increase employee productivity.

The sessions resulted in the identification of over 30 distinct initiatives where AI agent technologies can be applied. These initiatives span member services, investment environment development, and internal institutional performance. The plan is to build an integrated technology ecosystem that uses the Chamber’s existing digital infrastructure to improve both service quality and operational effectiveness.
