The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) is preparing to recognise 21 winners from various business sectors at its Sharjah Excellence Award 2025 ceremony on June 24. Digital Upgrades and New Assessment Model
The 2025 award cycle marked a significant operational shift with the launch of a new digital platform, fully automating its processes. This move was designed to create a more efficient and user-friendly experience for applicants, evaluators, and judging panels.
In parallel, the SCCI adopted the “New Global Model,” an advanced fourth-generation institutional assessment framework. This methodology was implemented to enhance transparency and objectivity in the evaluation process, ensuring that assessments align with current global benchmarks for organisational excellence and innovation.
A Regional Benchmark for Business
The Sharjah Excellence Award continues to cement its role as a regional benchmark for organisational excellence and sustainable growth. The programme attracted participation from a wide range of businesses, institutions, and entrepreneurs across its eight distinct categories.
These categories include the Sharjah Gulf Localisation Award, Sharjah Gulf Excellence Award, Sharjah Excellence Award, Sharjah Entrepreneurs Award, Sharjah Small and Medium Enterprises Award, Sharjah Social Responsibility Award, Sharjah Entrepreneurs with Disability Award, and the Sharjah Best Security Standards Award.
Honouring the Ecosystem’s Pillars
The upcoming ceremony, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, will honour the winning businesses for their exceptional performance. It will also acknowledge the contributions of the judging committees, assessment teams, strategic partners, and sponsors, recognising the collaborative ecosystem that supports the award’s mission.
