Saudi Arabia’s PIF-owned HUMAIN has made its first investment in a Saudi company, backing Riyadh-based enterprise AI firm MOZN through HUMAIN Ventures.
The strategic investment will support MOZN’s international expansion and the scaling of its AI Platform, according to the announcement. MOZN serves more than 150 customers across the financial services and public sectors.
The companies will combine HUMAIN’s AI infrastructure, including HUMAIN Fabric, HUMAIN ONE and its data centres, with MOZN’s enterprise products, regulatory expertise and Forward Deployed Engineering model. The approach places engineers inside client organisations to help design and deploy systems, rather than leaving implementation to internal teams.
Initial use cases will focus on financial crime prevention, knowledge intelligence, and governance, risk and compliance. The partnership is also positioned as an early collaboration under HUMAIN’s Banking, Financial Services and Insurance unit, with a focus on deploying AI in highly regulated environments.
The first jointly developed solutions and live client deployments are expected to be unveiled at LEAP Riyadh. Broader commercial availability across financial services and the public sector is planned for the second half of 2026, with solutions set to be offered through the HUMAIN ONE AI Agent Marketplace.
