Abu Dhabi-based healthtech startup healthStay.io has partnered with Mexico Health Concierge to manage international patient journeys across borders.
According to the company, Mexico Health Concierge coordinates healthcare access in Mexico for international patients, including appointments and recovery accommodations. healthStay.io will provide the operational platform supporting those journeys from the initial enquiry through follow-up care.
The platform connects stakeholders involved in each case and gives medical travel coordinators visibility across the patient journey. The company said this is designed to reduce time spent managing fragmented systems and administrative tasks.
healthStay.io describes itself as an AI-native patient operating system for private healthcare and medical tourism providers. The Hub71 startup says its platform covers sales, referrals and operations for hospitals, clinics and healthcare concierge companies.
Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi’s ADGM, healthStay.io lists NMC Healthcare, King’s College Hospital and healthcare destinations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and North America among its customers or partners.
