Lebanon’s SouqMetrics Unifies E-commerce Sales and Advertising Data

SouqMetrics, an e-commerce analytics startup founded in 2026 and operating from North Lebanon, is bringing sales, advertising, customer behavior and performance data into one live dashboard for brands and agencies across MENA.

The platform connects store and marketing data so teams can track how traffic affects sales without moving between multiple tools. According to the company, the goal is to help e-commerce teams spend less time reconciling figures and more time deciding what to do next.

SouqMetrics said it has secured payment processing through Stripe, a key step for its subscription software business. The platform has also completed Shopify’s review and verification process, received approval from Meta and gained approval from Amazon.

Integration with Salla, the Saudi e-commerce platform, remains in the final stages of approval and marketplace listing. Once completed, it will add the last connection in the company’s planned integration set.

Founder and CEO Jessy Shaanin said the product grew out of a common frustration among e-commerce teams: data spread across separate dashboards and spreadsheets. The company’s website is souqmetrics.co.
