Arab Therapy has raised $2M in a Pre-Series A round to expand its digital mental health services across Saudi Arabia and other regional markets.
The round was led by Jordan-based Manara Ventures, with participation from Anara Impact Fund and Saudi Arabia-based Value Makers Studio (VMS). The company said it will use the funding to develop its AI-powered platform and scale services for individuals and organizations.
Founded in Berlin by Jordanian entrepreneurs Dr. Tareq Dalbah and Hekmat Al-Hasi, Arab Therapy currently operates in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Germany and Egypt.
The platform offers direct-to-consumer mental health services alongside tailored programs for employee wellbeing. Its products include Arabic-language mental health content, AI tools and online therapy sessions delivered by licensed professionals. The clinical framework is overseen by certified specialists affiliated with the University of Hamburg in Germany.
According to the company, Arab Therapy is targeting limited access to mental health services that are both linguistically and culturally relevant to Arabic-speaking users. The startup said its new funding will support entry into additional markets and further product development.
