Sharjah Chamber Forum Explores AI Opportunities for Youth Entrepreneurship

The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) hosted a forum on artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship and innovation as part of International Youth Day activities in the UAE.

Organised by the SCCI Youth Council in cooperation with the Federal Tax Authority Youth Council, the forum brought together government representatives, young leaders and entrepreneurs under the theme “Partners in Shaping the Future Economy.”

Discussions focused on how AI is reshaping the economy and how young people can build the skills needed to participate in digital transformation. Participants also examined digital security, AI governance and the role of public-private partnerships in supporting innovation.

A panel featuring representatives from Sharjah Police, the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, the Sharjah Digital Department and an AI content creator explored the use of AI and data analysis in public services and decision-making.

The event also included a session with young entrepreneurs, who shared experiences of turning ideas into scalable businesses and using emerging technologies to develop products, services and customer reach.

The forum concluded with a discussion between youth participants, policymakers and experts on entrepreneurship and digital economy governance.
