MENA-born enterprise voice AI startup HeyBreez has raised $2.5 million in an oversubscribed Seed round led by Lunara Partners, with participation from Jabbar Group, DASH Ventures and angel investors.
Founded in 2025 by Karim Malhas, HeyBreez is headquartered in Delaware and has offices in Amman and Dubai. Its platform helps businesses deploy and manage voice AI agents, covering telephony, callbacks, follow-ups, integrations and other workflows around voice interactions.
The company said its platform is processing more than one million calls per month for enterprises, agencies, developers and regional AI companies across MENA, Europe, the US and Latin America.
HeyBreez plans to use the funding to strengthen its infrastructure, accelerate product development, expand its team and support sales growth across the Middle East, the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
The startup previously raised a $1.3 million pre-Seed round in January 2026, led by Wamda Capital with participation from DASH Ventures and strategic angel investors.
HeyBreez serves customers through enterprise support, agency and reseller partnerships, self-serve plans for developers and small businesses, and embedded technology for regional AI companies. Its voice workloads support multiple languages and industries including banking, healthcare, logistics, hospitality and customer experience.
