du has launched a free Agentic AI upskilling initiative through its du Business portfolio, targeting 10,000 small and medium-sized enterprises across the UAE.

The programme will give SME owners and their teams access to practical training, tools and expertise to support AI adoption and digital transformation. Built around a “learning by doing” approach, the initiative will focus on real-world applications and business use cases rather than theory alone.

According to the company, the training is designed for businesses of all sizes and sectors, including those without a technical background. Participants will learn how to apply Agentic AI to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, strengthen customer engagement and build competitiveness.

The programme will be delivered in phases, with plans to expand training online and to additional venues. du Business will provide specialist trainers, curated modules and Agentic AI expertise aligned with global SME digital enablement practices.

Karim Benkirane, Chief Commercial Officer at du, said the initiative aims to make Agentic AI “accessible, actionable, and achievable” for businesses across the UAE, helping them move from awareness to practical adoption.
