Dubai Chambers has signed a memorandum of understanding with India’s National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) to deepen cooperation in agentic AI and support Indian technology companies expanding into Dubai.
The agreement will focus on partnerships across the two markets’ agentic AI ecosystems, knowledge exchange and joint initiatives. It is also intended to connect Indian deeptech companies with business opportunities, investors and Dubai’s broader innovation network, according to the announcement.
Planned activities include specialised agentic AI business events and initiatives bringing together companies, entrepreneurs and investors from India and Dubai. The partnership is expected to help Indian firms establish and grow operations from the emirate.
NASSCOM represents India’s $315 billion technology industry and has more than 3,500 member companies, ranging from startups to multinational corporations.
The MoU follows the formation of Dubai Chambers’ Executive Committee for Agentic AI in June 2026. The committee is responsible for supporting private-sector adoption, approving specialised training tracks, designing incubators and helping develop companies focused on agentic AI solutions.
Dubai’s executive plan aims to bring agentic AI to 295,000 companies across the emirate within two years, while supporting the creation of 100 specialised AI assistants and 50 new agentic AI companies.
