Egypt’s Future of Homeland Party has appointed parliamentarian Mohamed Mazloum to head its central Entrepreneurship Secretariat as part of a broader organisational reshuffle.

According to the announcement, the secretariat will focus on strengthening engagement with young people, entrepreneurs and startup founders. Its work will include developing initiatives to support small projects, creating opportunities for founders to present their ideas and connecting them with specialised expertise.

The party said the secretariat also aims to promote innovation and self-employment, help turn promising ideas into viable businesses and examine practical solutions to challenges facing entrepreneurs.

The next phase will place greater emphasis on engaging entrepreneurs and young people across Egypt’s governorates, while drawing on local talent and ideas to create a more supportive environment for startups.
