Finspire, a fintech venture-building and acceleration program created by Saudi National Bank and Dhahran Techno Valley, has opened applications for its first cohort.

The program is open to Saudi founders, international fintech teams and KFUPM-affiliated founders with a working MVP or validated technical architecture, clear IP or commercialization rights, an in-house technical lead and a committed team. Applications close on 4 October 2026.

Selected startups will receive up to SAR 199,807 in non-dilutive support, access to SNB experts, more than 200 hours of mentorship and venture-building support, and the opportunity to validate their products through pilots with financial institutions. Eligible international founders can also receive relocation, visa and legal company setup support.

The program will select 30 teams for a five-day bootcamp before choosing 10 startups for a 12-week commercialization program. The focus areas include embedded finance and credit intelligence, InsurTech and WealthTech, B2B commerce and merchant solutions, and fintech aggregation.

The program is scheduled to conclude with a Deal Day on 9 February, where participating startups will present to investors, corporate partners and industry leaders.
