Egypt has launched an Investor Care Platform to give investors clearer channels for communicating with government entities and tracking complaints, proposals and inquiries.
The platform assigns submissions a reference number and follows them through defined procedures and response timelines. Investors can also rate their satisfaction with the service, giving authorities a way to monitor needs and identify areas for improvement.
The General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) will provide the technical and human resources needed to operate the platform and manage investor submissions.
According to the announcement, artificial intelligence tools will analyze trends and classify investor feedback. This is intended to help identify recurring issues, support more efficient responses and inform improvements to investment services.
The platform will also provide performance indicators and real-time reports for decision-makers. These tools are designed to help monitor the efficiency of Egypt’s investment services system, assess service performance and compare results with global rates.
By bringing investor feedback into a trackable and analyzable system, the platform aims to give authorities a more structured view of recurring challenges and service needs.
