Saudi Arabia’s Cultural Fund has signed a memorandum of understanding with French company LAM Paris to expand the presence of Saudi culinary arts in Paris and create international opportunities for Saudi creators.
The agreement was signed in the French capital in August 2026, on the sidelines of the French-Saudi Investment Roundtable, held alongside Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s official visit to France, according to the announcement.
The partnership will support Saudi culinary and hospitality experiences in Paris, while providing training opportunities for Saudi chefs and helping local talent gain exposure to the French hospitality sector. It will also facilitate experiences that reflect elements of Saudi culture and creativity for international audiences.
Founded by Saudi entrepreneur and chef Abdulatif Al-Rashoudi, LAM Paris presents products and experiences inspired by Saudi flavours, including Saudi coffee and locally inspired sweets.
The Cultural Fund said the agreement forms part of broader efforts to develop Saudi Arabia’s cultural sector, expand international partnerships and create new routes to global markets for creative talent and cultural projects. The initiative also comes as Saudi culinary arts and other creative industries gain a stronger role in the country’s cultural and investment ecosystem.
