Al Baraka Group and Al Baraka Islamic Bank Bahrain have partnered with Injaz Bahrain to deliver a one-day entrepreneurship program for employees’ children.

The program brought together children aged 7 to 12 for interactive workshops, practical activities and challenges designed to introduce basic entrepreneurship concepts in an age-appropriate way.

Participants also worked on personal skills, financial literacy, creative thinking and teamwork while exploring entrepreneurial ideas in a learning environment that combined education with hands-on activities.

Abdulla Suwailih, head of human resources and administrative affairs at Al Baraka Islamic Bank, said the initiative aimed to help children discover their abilities and develop skills from an early age. He added that introducing entrepreneurship and financial literacy, while encouraging innovation and collaboration, was an important investment in the community’s future.

Injaz Bahrain delivers education and training programs focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship and work readiness for young people. The initiative forms part of Al Baraka Group and Al Baraka Islamic Bank’s efforts to support education, community engagement and the development of future generations in Bahrain.
