The Emirates Family Office Association (EFOA) and Geneva-based private members’ club N°OW’HERE’’ have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to connect Emirati family offices with Swiss expertise in governance, finance, research, technology and entrepreneurship.

The agreement was unveiled during the inaugural Alpine Majlis, held with the support of the Consulate General of the United Arab Emirates in Geneva and attended by 100 senior Emirati and Swiss figures. According to the announcement, EFOA’s network includes more than 200 family offices with estimated combined assets under management exceeding $300B.

The initiative is designed as a two-way corridor. Emirati families will gain access to Swiss networks and expertise in areas including succession, governance and international diversification, while Swiss institutions and entrepreneurs will receive a channel into the UAE’s private-capital ecosystem.

The partners plan to focus on next-generation leadership, family governance, cross-border introductions, and connections between Swiss deep-tech, life sciences, climate and water innovation and Emirati long-term capital. A joint steering committee will set priorities and oversee the corridor’s development.

The signing also marked the launch of N° Partners, N°OW’HERE’’s advisory arm focused on strategic, technological and compliance challenges facing international family offices.
