Jordan will host a Replit event on August 29, bringing together developers, entrepreneurs, students and technology enthusiasts to explore AI-powered software development and emerging development tools.

Organised by the Jordan Source programme at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, the event will introduce participants to recent software development advances, artificial intelligence tools and approaches for building digital solutions, according to the ministry.

Replit offers a browser-based environment for writing, testing and deploying applications, with AI tools designed to support software creation, prototyping and experimentation. The Jordan event will give local developers and students practical exposure to these workflows.

The ministry said the event is part of broader efforts through Jordan Source to connect Jordan’s technology community with international platforms and strengthen the country’s digital talent base. The programme also supports Jordan’s ambitions in digital services, software development and technology investment.

For startups and early-stage entrepreneurs, the event offers an opportunity to explore tools that can help turn ideas into working applications while building skills relevant to the global technology market.
