Otech, the technology arm of Oman’s Omantel, is partnering with Remedy to launch RISE Talent, an AI-powered enterprise platform for strategic planning and performance management.
Remedy emerged from Omantel Innovation Labs and is part of its investment portfolio. The collaboration will support the development and deployment of RISE Talent within Otech’s enterprise environment, according to the announcement.
The platform is designed to help organisations align strategic objectives through Objectives and Key Results, while supporting talent management and employee experience. Its features include competency framework management, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, career pathways, workforce analytics and digital self-service tools.
Otech said the partnership reflects its focus on helping local startups turn their innovations into enterprise solutions and supporting Oman’s technology ecosystem. Remedy, founded in 2020, specialises in applied artificial intelligence for organisational and human capital challenges.
Remedy co-founder Turki bin Abdulhafidh al Balushi said the partnership would help move the company’s solutions from development into practical enterprise use, while benefiting from Otech’s technology expertise.
The collaboration also supports Oman Vision 2040 objectives related to innovation, digital transformation and national capability development.
