Ibtikar Fund has made a seed investment in Churn Solution, a startup helping subscription businesses reduce customer churn and recover lost revenue.

Churn Solution uses AI-powered cancellation flows, payment recovery and reactivation campaigns to retain customers. The company said it has gained customers across the USA, UK, Italy, India, Morocco, Canada, Saudi Arabia and Australia within months of launching its first product and signing its first paying customer.

The investment will support hiring, expansion across MENA and the development of deeper AI-driven insights into why customers leave, according to the announcement.

Churn Solution was founded by Abdulhafeth Salah, Mahdi W. Washha and Walaa Kashou. Its platform is designed to address both voluntary cancellations and failed payments, including issues linked to expired cards, blocked recurring charges and incomplete verification steps.

Ibtikar Fund invests in Palestinian entrepreneurs from Palestine and the wider MENA region. Managing Partner Ambar Amleh said customer retention has become a financial imperative for subscription businesses.

The company is also hiring.
