Solutions Signs Five-Year Revenue-Sharing Agreement to Operate Saudi Education Platform Madaris

Saudi technology company Solutions has signed a five-year revenue-sharing agreement with Tatweer for Educational Technologies to develop and operate Madaris, the national unified platform for private-sector education services.

The agreement, signed on August 31, 2026, on the sidelines of LEAP 2026, covers platform development, service improvements and related operational activities. Madaris connects schools, investors, parents and students with digital services linked to Saudi Arabia’s private education sector.

According to the company’s disclosure, the agreement’s value could exceed 10% of Solutions’ audited annual revenue for 2025 over the contract period. However, there is no fixed contract value, as Solutions’ compensation will depend on revenue generated by the platform under the revenue-sharing model.

Solutions expects the financial impact to begin appearing in its results from the first quarter of 2027. The arrangement links the company’s returns to platform performance, user adoption and the expansion of its services.

The deal adds to Solutions’ partnerships with public-sector entities and its role in developing national digital platforms. It follows the company’s reported first-half 2026 net profit of about SAR824M, including SAR453M in the second quarter.
