Saudi HR technology startup ZenHR has raised $6 million in a bridge funding round led by Impact46, bringing fresh capital for product development and expansion across the Middle East and North Africa.
ZenHR operates across 11 regional markets with a platform covering employee management, recruitment, performance management and skills assessments. The company also offers employee-focused financial services through ZenEWA, which enables employees to access earned wages before payday.
According to the announcement, the new funding will support further development of ZenHR’s product portfolio, including AI-powered tools for HR operations, automation and data analytics. The company also plans to expand ZenEWA and reach new customer segments across its existing markets.
Founded in 2017, ZenHR provides HR and payroll management software adapted to the regulatory requirements and labor conditions of different MENA countries. The company said it will continue broadening the functions covered by its platform while investing in AI to improve the experience for companies and employees.
ZenHR previously raised $10 million in a growth round led by Rua Growth Fund.
