Bahrain’s Sirati Reports 20,000 Users and Expansion Across Three Markets

Bahrain-based hiring startup Sirati has expanded into Saudi Arabia and Oman, and now reports more than 250 partner companies and over 20,000 users across the three markets.

Founded and launched in January 2025, Sirati uses artificial intelligence to help employers find, screen and interview candidates. Its platform includes a searchable talent database, a matching tool that ranks applicants against role requirements, and an AI Interviewer that conducts first-round video interviews and produces structured candidate reports.

The company said its tools are designed around Bahrain’s labour market and the needs of employers building local teams. It serves businesses across sectors including banking, logistics, retail and food delivery, as well as job seekers looking for roles with verified companies.

Sirati placed second at the 19th StartUp Bahrain Pitch in September 2025, an event supported by the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) in collaboration with the SMEs Development Board. It later expanded into Oman through a partnership with DOO, signed a memorandum of understanding with SMEs Bahrain, and entered Saudi Arabia in June 2026.

In June, Sirati also partnered with the Bahrain Institute for Banking & Finance to introduce AI-driven hiring and assessment solutions. The company reports a 98% candidate-to-role match rate, though this figure has not been independently verified.
