QubeHealth-Pay Launches DIFC Subsidiary for MENA Expansion

QubeHealth-Pay has expanded beyond India with the launch of Qube FinTech & AI MENA Limited, a newly licensed subsidiary based in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The entity will serve as the company’s regional headquarters for the Gulf Cooperation Council and North Africa, marking QubeHealth-Pay’s first market outside India. Unlike QubePay, its consumer payments and cashback platform in India, Qube MENA will provide healthcare financial infrastructure to insurers, employers, hospital networks, pharmaceutical companies and other enterprise customers.

Its technology covers digital healthcare expense processing, claims facilitation, documentation, bill adjudication support and reconciliation. The company also plans to provide aggregated, consent-driven healthcare data and insights.

Qube’s initial focus is the UAE, Egypt, Kenya and Nigeria, with Dubai serving as its operating and regulatory base. According to the announcement, market entry will combine partnerships with local insurers, healthcare providers and financial institutions with selective technology licensing. The rollout will begin with regulatory engagement and partnership development, followed by pilot deployments and wider enterprise onboarding.

QubeHealth-Pay said its India platform, which operates across more than 300 corporates and reaches over 300,000 employee families, will provide the foundation for adapting its products to MENA’s healthcare and insurance systems.
