The Ajman Department of Finance has enhanced two services as part of the emirate’s efforts to simplify government procedures and advance its zero bureaucracy drive.
The changes apply to the Financial Enquiries and Consultations service and User Access Permissions for Systems and Applications. Both support government entities in accessing financial and digital services.
According to the department, the updates simplify requirements, reduce procedural steps and make transactions faster to complete. The revised service journeys were presented during a Customer Gathering, where officials compared the processes before and after the changes.
The event also gave customers an opportunity to raise challenges, share requirements and suggest further improvements. The department said it will assess the proposals based on their feasibility and expected impact, with priority ideas considered for future service improvement plans.
Marwan Ahmed Al Ali, Director-General of the Ajman Department of Finance, said customer feedback is central to the department’s efforts to improve access to financial and digital services and deliver more efficient, responsive government processes.
