Sheraa Selects 14 Women-Led Ventures for Six-Month Growth Fellowship

Sharjah Entrepreneurship Centre (Sheraa) has selected 14 women entrepreneurs for the second edition of its Sharjah Women Impact Fellowship (SWIF), a six-month programme focused on helping established businesses strengthen their leadership and pursue further growth.

The cohort includes nine SMEs and five startups operating across food and beverage, FMCG, creative industries, sustainability, manufacturing, education technology and healthcare. The founders come from different nationalities and business models and have already demonstrated business traction.

The programme began with an orientation session featuring a role-playing leadership assessment led by Evolve Careers, a SWIF Empower Partner. The assessment was designed to establish a baseline for each participant’s development during the fellowship. Participants also shared their experiences, discussed leadership and business priorities, and connected with peers at similar stages of growth.

Over six months, the fellows will take part in coaching, mentorship and practical learning guided by Sheraa’s LEAD Framework. They will also gain access to strategic networks and Sheraa’s wider entrepreneurship ecosystem.

The programme will include a leadership retreat led by Noona Nafousi, CEO of NEO Noor at Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah, as well as specialised pitch coaching masterclasses. Fellows are expected to apply the learning directly to their ventures as they address business priorities and pursue new opportunities.
