Jordanian financial intelligence startup AION has won first place at the AB Xelerate Bootcamp, according to an announcement from the company.
AION is building AI-native software for financial institutions. Its products analyse an institution’s own data, identify emerging changes, explain why they matter and deliver the findings to relevant teams.
The company said its software is designed to deploy inside an institution’s existing environment, with minimal configuration and read-only access where appropriate. Its systems provide reasoning alongside each output, allowing teams to review the evidence before making decisions.
AION works with banks, lenders, asset managers and investment teams. The company said its founding team brings more than 20 years of combined experience across banking, finance, cloud and AI infrastructure in Jordan, Switzerland and the wider region.
The bootcamp was organised with Arab Bank, alongside mentors and judges named in the company’s announcement.
