UAE fintech startup LiaPay has been named the winner of the Most Innovative App 2026 award at the Create Apps Competition, organized by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy.
The company said the award recognizes the work behind its platform, which is designed to help employees access and manage earned income. LiaPay positions the app as part of a broader financial wellness offering for UAE workforces.
Its platform combines payroll, earned wage access, digital payments and employee benefits. The company also lists salary advances, bill payments, remittances, secured loans, savings and access to bonuses and commissions among its features.
Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Dubai, LiaPay said the recognition will support its efforts to become a leading financial wellness solution for employees in the UAE.
The company thanked the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, the Create Apps in Dubai team and the mentors involved in the competition.
