FINNOVEX Middle East will return to Dubai on November 10-11, 2026, for Chapter 39, a two-day event focused on how financial institutions can build a more connected financial system ahead of 2027.
Held under the theme “Finance in Motion,” the event will take place at the St. Regis Downtown Dubai. Discussions will cover customer experience, infrastructure, payments, data and identity, artificial intelligence, resilience, financial inclusion and regulation.
The first day will feature executive discussions, operating cases and leadership recognition. The second will move into invitation-led executive decision rooms focused on implementation challenges and practical next steps. The programme will also include the FINNOVEX After Five networking format.
Featured speakers include Anas Mistareehi, Yan Bechet, Khawer Khaliq and Lana Darwish. The wider speaker lineup includes senior executives from organisations including eSanad, Alfa-Bank, HSBC UAE, Emirates Development Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank.
