Qatar-based Growth X Capital has led a $5M pre-Series A round for France’s ALPHA10X, an artificial intelligence company developing tools for investment decisions in private markets, according to the announcement.

The investment comes as ALPHA10X relocates its headquarters from France to Qatar. The company and Growth X Capital signed the agreement at a Qatar Chamber ceremony in late October, outlining plans to strengthen links between Qatari investors, advanced technology and institutional investors in Qatar and international markets.

ALPHA10X is building a predictive AI platform designed to help asset managers, sovereign institutions and investment firms assess, price and risk-score investment opportunities. Its “Alpha Codex” technology stack combines data, analytical models and institutional expertise to support decisions based on testable and verifiable evidence.

The company said private market assets under management could exceed $65T by 2032, while intergenerational wealth transfers are expected to reach $74T by 2045. It views AI tools as increasingly important for managing complex data and supporting more disciplined investment decisions.

Growth X Capital was founded by Hamad Mubarak Al-Hajri and invests in startups, scalable technologies and regional venture capital funds.
