Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has signed three technology agreements with Huawei, Nozomi Networks and Syskey Softlabs during the 28th Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX 2026).

The agreements were concluded through Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, and cover cybersecurity, data centres, network monitoring and asset management.

Huawei will provide hardware, software, support and value-added services across DEWA’s information and communications technology infrastructure, networks, data centres, digital substations and cybersecurity operations. The agreement also includes maintenance, training, workshops, knowledge transfer and collaboration on emerging technologies.

The deal with Nozomi Networks focuses on managing cybersecurity solution licences through its Nozomi Vantage platform. According to the announcement, the platform will provide centralised licence management, visibility into assets and risks, and AI-driven analytics.

Syskey Softlabs will provide solutions for operational technology system log management, asset performance monitoring, network monitoring and risk management. Its agreement also includes a unified platform for monitoring OT applications and assets, alongside technical support, security updates, training, consultancy and proof-of-value trials.

DEWA said the partnerships will support the security, reliability and continuity of its operations while strengthening its digital and infrastructure capabilities.
