Dubai-based FlareFalcon.ai has launched a service designed to help businesses appear more prominently in AI-generated answers from platforms including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
The company combines generative engine optimisation, website engineering, AI search monitoring and strategic communications. It was established by Standish Services and Integrated Holistic Communications, with co-founders Brad Standish and Ian Hainey bringing more than 40 years of combined experience in web development and communications.
FlareFalcon.ai begins each engagement by reviewing a website’s crawlability, structured data and content architecture. It then monitors how AI platforms represent the business, identifying outdated information, errors and omissions through a live dashboard covering ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity.
The company also works to strengthen visibility across independent sources such as media coverage, directories and reviews, which it says can influence how AI systems describe and recommend businesses.
The launch comes as consumers increasingly use AI tools to research purchases. According to a 2026 PYMNTS survey cited in the announcement, 72% of UAE shoppers used AI during their latest purchase journey.
FlareFalcon.ai offers three service tiers, Initiate, Improve and Dominate, ranging from prompt tracking and website optimisation to public relations and broader authority-building campaigns. Businesses can also request a free AI snapshot to identify visibility gaps and benchmark performance against competitors.
