More than 175 business leaders, senior executives, entrepreneurs and professionals gathered in Muscat for the inaugural Majlis Connect, a networking event organised by Asha Enterprises LLC and powered by The Diplomatic Club, AmCham Oman, the British Business Forum Oman, INMECC and the European Business Group.
Held on 28 October 2026 at The Diplomatic Club, the event brought together members of different business communities to exchange ideas, expand their networks and explore potential collaborations across industries.
The organisers said the initiative was designed to encourage stronger connections between Oman’s business groups and create a more collaborative professional environment. Asha Enterprises Group CEO Nitin Sapre said the event was built around the idea that valuable business opportunities can start with a conversation.
The evening included networking, canapés from Mumtaz Mahal Restaurant and a raffle featuring prizes from participating businesses. Europcar Oman & Bahrain supported the event as mobility partner, while Crowe Oman served as auditing partner.
Following the turnout at its first edition, Majlis Connect is expected to return around the same time next year as an annual platform for Oman’s business communities.
