Egypt’s Abnaa Misr Party held a seminar focused on entrepreneurship, institutional management and leadership development, bringing international expertise to its efforts to build the skills of young people and party members.
The session featured Dr. Katerina Farao, an international lecturer and professor of human resources and leadership development at the University of Como City in Italy. She discussed entrepreneurship, modern management practices, leadership skills and ways to prepare leaders to respond to current challenges.
The event was attended by party leaders, including Secretary-General Dr. Sherif El-Bandary, Deputy Chairperson Dr. Rehab Ghazala, Cairo Secretary-General Mohamed Hussein Abu Mazen and Luxor Secretary-General Ambassador Salah Abu El-Magd, along with other central and governorate officials.
According to the announcement, the seminar also featured Italian and English interpretation by party members, helping participants engage with the international speaker and the topics presented.
The party said the event forms part of its focus on developing its members’ management and leadership capabilities and preparing cadres able to take on greater responsibility.
