Alex Angels will host Capital Connect, a regional investment event connecting investors and startups across Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the UAE from September 23 to October 5, 2026.
The event will take place in Saudi Arabia from September 23–25, Egypt’s Cairo from September 26–29 at Ghurnata Community Space, the UAE from September 30–October 2, and Alexandria from October 3–5 at Bibliotheca Alexandrina. The event is listed to begin at 9:00 AM local time.
Capital Connect is an official Middle East Innovation Week event, according to the announcement. Its program will include investor networking, curated investor-startup matchmaking, discussions on emerging sectors and deal structuring, and cross-border collaboration.
Alex Angels said the event is expected to bring together more than 200 angel investors, venture capital firms and family offices, while giving participants access to more than 1,500 startups from over 70 countries. Other themes include co-investment opportunities, secondary sales, portfolio liquidity and exit pathways.
