Competition Overview
The GEC+Africa Regional Pitch Competition serves as a premier platform to showcase Africa’s most innovative businesses and strengthen national entrepreneurship ecosystems. The competition follows a three-step journey: successful Egyptian applicants will first undergo virtual training, followed by a local pitch event in Cairo. National winners will then be evaluated by regional adjudicators, with 10 selected startups from across the continent receiving an all-expenses-paid trip to the GEC+Africa stage in Cape Town to compete for the top prizes.
