Arab Therapy Offers Free Online Mental Health Sessions for People in Syria

Arab Therapy is offering free online mental health and therapy sessions to people in Syria, with a limited number of places available, according to the company’s announcement.

The sessions can be conducted by video, voice or chat with accredited specialists. The initiative is intended to support people in Syria and those affected by ongoing challenges, the company said.

Applicants must be over 18 and should email customer-care@arabtherapy.com with their full name, proof of identity, a brief explanation of why they are requesting support, and the subject line “جلسات مجانية من سوريا” (Free sessions from Syria).

Arab Therapy describes itself as an Arabic mental health platform overseen by Arab psychiatrists and consultants in Germany. Its services include individual therapy, couples therapy and support for children and teenagers, alongside its free support initiatives.
