Bahrain-based digital auction and marketplace platform Mazad has launched a dedicated auction for young people aged 18 to 35, giving them a platform to sell creative works they have made themselves.
The initiative was announced during Mazad’s participation in the 15th edition of Youth City 2030, organised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs in strategic partnership with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen). Eligible participants can list items including works created during the programme.
The auction is designed to help young Bahrainis showcase their work, test ideas in the market and explore pathways toward entrepreneurship. Mazad is a portfolio company of Mumtalakat.
As part of its Youth City 2030 programme, Mazad also delivered workshops covering design, marketing, data analytics, sales, business development and operations. The sessions focused on practical skills and how different business functions support decision-making and growth.
According to the announcement, young creators and entrepreneurs interested in listing an item can submit their work through Mazad’s platform or its official Instagram account, @mazadbahrain.
