Mazad, Bahrain’s digital auction and marketplace platform, has launched a curated collection of luxury goods and assets spanning watches, fashion, jewellery, marine craft and electric vehicles.
The Mumtalakat portfolio company said the collection includes Audemars Piguet x Swatch, Hamilton, Patek Philippe, Vacheron and Omega timepieces, alongside bags and hats from Hermès, Dior and Loro Piana, as well as pearl necklaces.
The auction also features a Yamaha jet ski, a 33-foot yacht and two Mercedes-Benz electric vehicles. According to the announcement, each item has been verified, with starting prices positioned below retail value.
“This initiative is about more than listing new items,” said Nezar Habib, Mazad’s chief executive officer. He added that the collection aims to extend the platform’s focus on value and transparency into the luxury market.
The items are available for bidding through the Mazad app, where users can review specifications, request viewings and submit offers. Interested buyers can also make a deposit through the app before the auction closes.
