talabat Bahrain has launched talabat Youth, a two-month internship programme for Bahraini university students aimed at building practical skills and creating future career opportunities.
The first cohort includes 10 students from the American University of Bahrain, Bahrain Polytechnic and the University of Bahrain. Interns will rotate across departments, work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real business projects.
According to the announcement, participants will also receive priority consideration for future roles at talabat, subject to suitable openings.
Moaid Aqel, Managing Director of talabat Bahrain, said the programme is designed to give students hands-on experience in a dynamic workplace while allowing them to contribute fresh ideas. He added that investing in young people supports Bahrain’s local talent base and broader economic development.
The initiative forms part of talabat Bahrain’s wider efforts to support local communities and develop career pathways for young Bahrainis.
