Bahrain Development Bank (BDB) has signed a cooperation agreement with SINNAD, a regional card processing and digital payments provider and subsidiary of The BENEFIT Company, to improve services for entrepreneurs and SMEs in Bahrain.
Under the agreement, BDB will use SINNAD’s technology expertise and specialised solutions to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes and move toward a more integrated service delivery model, according to the announcement.
BDB said the partnership is part of its efforts to make customer interactions simpler, faster and more responsive to business needs. The bank added that improving access to its financing and support services is central to serving companies at different stages of growth.
SINNAD said its digital payments and customer support capabilities will help BDB deliver more seamless and flexible banking services. The collaboration is expected to strengthen BDB’s service ecosystem as it continues supporting the Kingdom’s entrepreneurs and SMEs.
