Bahrain-based digital organisations Beyon Connect and BENEFIT have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding to explore potential FinTech collaborations in international markets.
The agreement was signed during Fintech Forward 2026 by Richard Budel, CEO of Beyon Connect, and Abdulwahed AlJanahi, CEO of BENEFIT. The companies said the partnership will bring together their capabilities in digital identity, digital enablement, payments, credit bureau and information services.
Under the MoU, the two organisations will assess potential business opportunities and markets, exchange knowledge and market insights, and explore cooperation with financial institutions, government entities, regulators and other relevant stakeholders.
Beyon Connect is part of the Beyon Group, while BENEFIT provides fintech and electronic financial transaction services in Bahrain. The companies said the collaboration aims to identify opportunities to take Bahrain-developed digital and financial capabilities into international markets.
