The Billion Followers Summit and the National Media Authority have launched 100 Dreams, an initiative designed to help 100 content creators turn business ideas into startups in the UAE.

Created in partnership with global content creator and Dream Group founder Simon Squibb, the program will provide each selected creator with $10,000, representing total funding of $1M. Participants will also receive support with commercial licensing, mentorship and guidance as they develop businesses in digital media and the creator economy.

The initiative is open to creators with an idea or ambition to build a company in content creation or digital media. According to the announcement, the goal is to help participants move from an early concept to a viable, scalable business that can grow from the UAE into international markets.

Applications will be reviewed by a specialist committee, which will select the final 100 creators and meet them to understand their projects and determine the support required. The initiative will culminate in a dedicated program held during the fifth Billion Followers Summit, scheduled to run from January 8 to 10, 2027.
