CEED Tunisia has opened applications for the first cohort of CEED Fin+, a four-month program designed to help Tunisian very small and small-to-medium-sized businesses improve their structure, become more finance-ready and access traditional or alternative funding.
The program will support 15 companies through online and in-person sessions, tailored expert support and individual coaching. Participants will work on their business plans, financial projections, funding applications and pitch decks before presenting their projects to investors and finance providers at a closing pitching event.
Eligible applicants must be legally established and actively operating in Tunisia for at least two years, with existing revenue and a clear growth, investment or financing need. The program will also consider factors including growth potential, job creation or retention, local economic impact and positive environmental impact.
Applications are open from September 7 to 20, 2026. CEED Fin+ does not provide direct financing, and participation does not guarantee funding. The program is supported through Rawafed+, funded by the European Union in Tunisia and the French Development Agency, and implemented by Expertise France with institutional partners.
