Cityscape Egypt has announced a partnership with Flat6Labs, a leading startup accelerator and seed investment company in the MENA region, to launch the third edition of the Egypt PropTech Challenge. The initiative aims to foster innovation and support entrepreneurship within the real estate development sector.

A Partnership to Drive Real Estate Innovation
The partnership was formalized with an agreement signed by Robeir Daniel, Exhibition Manager for Cityscape Egypt, and Sherif Hassan, Head of Marketing and Communication at Flat6Labs. The collaboration is set to take place during the upcoming Cityscape exhibition at the Egypt International Exhibition Center.
“The continuity and growth of the Egypt PropTech Challenge reflect our commitment to supporting innovation and accelerating the digital transformation in the real estate sector,” stated Robeir Daniel. He added that this year’s challenge, with its expanded scope in partnership with Flat6Labs, will empower startups to gain visibility, build strategic partnerships, and scale their business models across Egypt, the Gulf, and Africa.

The Egypt PropTech Challenge is expanding its reach regionally and internationally, positioning itself as a key platform for real estate technology.
