Creative Zone, RAKEZ, and Mashreq NEO BIZ Partner to Launch UAE Program for Young Entrepreneurs

Creative Zone, in a major ecosystem collaboration with RAKEZ and Mashreq NEO BIZ, has launched the Young Entrepreneurs’ Business Setup Program. The UAE-based initiative aims to support aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage founders by simplifying the critical first steps of moving from an idea to an operational company.

Quick Facts

  • Program: Young Entrepreneurs’ Business Setup Program launched.
  • Key Partners: Creative Zone, RAKEZ, and Mashreq NEO BIZ.
  • Founder Benefits: Over AED 15,000 in partner-backed value-ads.

Addressing a Growing Market Demand

The launch comes as the UAE solidifies its position as a global entrepreneurship hub, ranking first in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor’s National Entrepreneurship Context Index for four years running. With a government ambition to grow its SME base to one million by 2030, up from around 557,000 today, the demand for accessible entry points into the ecosystem is high.

However, many first-time founders face significant hurdles, often navigating complex setup processes without the structured guidance, banking access, or partner networks available to established businesses. This new program is designed to bridge that gap by consolidating setup support, financial tools, and operational resources into a single, guided pathway.

An Ecosystem Approach to Business Setup

This initiative brings together key partners including DHL and Zoho to offer founders a comprehensive startup toolkit. The program provides more than AED 15,000 worth of benefits at no extra cost.

Included in the package is digital bank account opening with Mashreq NEO BIZ, discounted delivery services through DHL, free corporate tax and VAT registration, complimentary medical insurance, one year of free AWS web hosting, and a virtual office package. Founders also gain access to Creative Zone’s specialized HR and Legal packages.

“Starting a business is a major step, and what many new entrepreneurs need is not just ambition, but the right structure and support around them,” said Lorenzo Jooris, Group CEO of Creative Zone. “This program was created to make that step more practical and more accessible for those ready to build something of their own.”

Anas Hijjawi, Chief Commercial Officer at RAKEZ, added, “This collaboration is about giving young entrepreneurs a more accessible and better-supported path into business ownership, with the right structure in place from the start.”

Building a Stronger Founder Journey

By moving beyond simple business registration, the program focuses on equipping entrepreneurs with the clarity, direction, and support system needed from day one. It reinforces the central role of founder-led businesses in the UAE’s economy and provides a clear route for individuals ready to translate their ideas into viable companies.
