Seven Dubai-based technology startups have advanced to the next stage of Oraseya Capital’s evaluation process after a pitching session organized with the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy.

The session gave the companies an opportunity to present their business models, technology solutions and growth plans to Oraseya Capital’s investment team and its SANDBOX Investment Program. Participants also received feedback on the requirements for potential funding and later evaluation stages.

The startups were Arakan, Duno, YOUNEA, Riayatech, Avelin, SENSI and Cogniver. Their businesses span compliance technology, SME lending intelligence, branded AI agents, HealthTech, sovereign AI, digital scent technology and workflow automation.

Several of the companies progressed to the next stage, where they could potentially access the SANDBOX Investment Program. Oraseya Capital manages a $136.14M technology fund targeting startups from pre-seed through Series B. The program offers potential investments ranging from approximately $150K to $3M, along with mentorship, investment-readiness support and access to a broader startup ecosystem.

Saeed Al Gergawi, vice president of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, said the initiative is intended to create practical routes for technology startups to connect with investors, capital and expertise that can support their growth and expansion.
