Dubai CommerCity has launched a new business incubator in partnership with startup support platform In5, aimed at helping digital commerce startups develop and scale from Dubai.
Applications for the first cohort will open globally on August 10, 2026, with the program set to begin in October. Selected startups will receive mentorship and guidance to refine their business models, validate their solutions and prepare for expansion into new markets.
The program will also offer advisory services, capacity-building initiatives and access to industry experts and partners. Dubai CommerCity said participants may have opportunities to run pilot projects with private-sector partners, take part in pitch events and connect with potential investors and strategic partners.
Under the partnership, startups will also be connected to Dubai CommerCity’s innovation ecosystem and relevant strategic stakeholders. The free zone said it will support eligible companies with business setup, regulatory guidance and resources to help them enter regional markets.
“The partnership contributes to addressing startup readiness challenges in digital commerce and e-commerce,” said Amina Lootah, director general of Dubai CommerCity. In5 founder and CEO Saeed Hamad Al Hammadi said successful digital commerce ventures require sector expertise, strategic partnerships and growth opportunities alongside innovative ideas.
