The introduction of TruEstimate™ on Dubizzle aligns with the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, which emphasizes data accessibility. The company states that as of mid-April 2026, property listings in Dubai generated over 17 million impressions with minimal price fluctuations, indicating a resilient market. By offering a trusted pricing tool, Dubizzle aims to help users make decisions based on clear data rather than market noise.

It also provides a comparative analysis of similar properties that have recently been sold or rented, alongside other active listings in the area.
