e& UAE has launched Business Pro AI plans that bundle business fibre connectivity with Microsoft Copilot, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises across the UAE.
The subscription combines faster broadband, digital productivity tools and enterprise-grade AI capabilities under one provider and monthly bill. Eligible plans include Microsoft Copilot at no additional cost, according to the company.
e& UAE said the offering is designed to reduce the cost and complexity of adopting AI by removing the need for businesses to purchase software licences separately or manage multiple vendors. Copilot can help users automate routine tasks, draft emails, analyse data and create content.
Esam Mahmoud, Senior Vice President of SMB Sales and Marketing at e& UAE, said the plans would make AI-powered productivity more accessible to SMEs while helping them focus on growth and customer engagement.
The launch builds on e& UAE’s strategic partnership with Microsoft. The company also cited Microsoft’s latest AI Diffusion Report, which found that 70.1% of the UAE’s working-age population uses generative AI, the highest rate reported globally.
