Applications are open for the Egypt PropTech Challenge 2026, a competition for startups building solutions across PropTech, ConTech, smart cities, and property and asset management.
Organised by Cityscape Egypt and powered by Flat6Labs, the challenge is open to startups from Egypt and worldwide. Twelve selected companies will enter a preparation phase with pitch practice and individual feedback before presenting at the Cityscape Summit on October 3, 2026.
Early-stage applicants must be less than 30 months old, have raised no more than $200,000, and have a working product or MVP. Growth-stage startups must demonstrate market traction, a scalable business model, and annual revenue above $200,000.
Winners will receive a free exhibition spot at Cityscape Egypt 2027, access to WRK+ premium workspaces, industry exposure, networking opportunities, pitch practice, and market research opportunities. Applications close on September 3, 2026.
